Questions

Before you pick a plan

The things firms ask us most often. Anything else, the team will answer during your trial.

Who counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in — whether they record time, approve it or only read reports. Clients and contacts you invoice are not users and are never charged for.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The account moves to read-only until you choose a plan, so you keep access to everything recorded during the trial and can pick up where you left off.
Can we change plan or team size mid-term?
Yes. Add people whenever you need them and you are charged pro rata for the remainder of the period. Moving up a plan takes effect immediately; moving down applies at your next renewal.
Is our data separated from other organisations?
Every record belongs to exactly one organisation, and that boundary is enforced in the API layer rather than in the interface. A user from another organisation cannot read your data even with a valid session.
Do you help us migrate?
Guided onboarding is included on every plan: CSV import for people, clients and projects, plus historic time with its original rates. Enterprise customers get a named success manager through the whole rollout.
How do we pay?
Card for monthly and annual plans, or invoice with payment terms on Enterprise. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; euro and US dollar billing are available on request.
